Q What hours are your services available?
A APS services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Call any time for immediate professional administrative services.

Q What is the normal process of acquiring services?
A First time clients fill out the Request For Quote (RFQ) formAPS will then review the request, normally within 24 hours and respond via email or telephone with a free consultation.  We are also available to speak to clients directly at (951) 265-698-9443 - 24/7/365 for a free consultation.  If both parties agree to move forward a Service Agreement will be signed by both parties and work will begin immeditedly.

Q What if you are unable to perform the requested Scope of Work?
A If the scope of work is beyond the ability of APS to perform we will so state in our response.

Q What are retainer rates and why do you discount them?
A Retainer rates are what APS charges clients who desire a long term relationship for a single month or on a month-to-month basis.  A 'retainer' is when the client pays a retainer fee in advance for work to be specified later.  The client decides when the hours are to be used and for what purpose.  All retainer hours are for one month of service and expire at the end of the month.  Time is computed for work completed in 15 minute increments.  Retainer rates are always paid in advance and/or on the 1st of each month for month-to-month commitments.  Clients who sign a retainer agreement receive 5 to 15 percent discounts based upon hour scheduled and our hourly rate.
